Date Night!

 Hi there!

Last night hubby and I enjoyed a short little date night at one of our faves - Morton's Steakhouse in Rosemont, compliments of my mom who gave my hubby a gift card for Father's Day!

No food pics, but everything was delish!

We spent time chatting about our upcoming vacay to France and mental health. 

That's a hard subject.

He said I would make a good therapist. I've been saying a lot lately maybe I should have majored in Psychology instead of skipping all those classes in college lol.

Back then I didn't believe any of it. I just thought people needed to toughen up. But as I've gotten older and wiser and seen SO MANY people struggling with issues, I've changed my tune. Yes, some people still need to toughen up. BUT, many genuinely need assistance just to keep themselves alive and it's sad to see how many just don't get that support.

If you are struggling - I'm here. I'm happy to talk to you. I don't know if I'll have anything helpful to say, but if it helps you to get it off your chest and you just need a sounding board, I'm here. 

On a lighter note!

My dress was so cute, SHORT! Like - I had to have him walk behind me up the stairs to make sure no one got a show on my way out of the restaurant!
