Since I share everything on social media, I think it's pretty easy to see that I've packed on a few pounds over the last year. About 20 to be exact. Pizza and soda (and all the fast food restaurants within walking distance to my house!) have been my downfall. I keep saying that it's time to lose this extra weight (plus about 30 more on top of it!) and I've finally decided to get started. With the Holidays coming (Thanksgiving is in 2 days!!!) it's only going to get worse! I bought some appetite control and energy supplements, pulled down my treadmill that's been folded up since May and have started doing some walking and just a LITTLE BIT of running. And I suck. I'm slow and get tired so fast. But I have to start somewhere, right?
I'm also sore, so I've pulled out one of the more serious meds I keep in what I call my "winter toolkit" - a bunch of medicines I keep on hand when winter aches, pains and GERMS take over and help me #WinOverWinter
Y'all know I go to Target for everything! LOL!It might sound crazy, but I started using BENGAY when I was really young because my parents had it on hand. I used to dance a lot and was also really into rollerblading, so when I got sore, BENGAY was my go-to. And it still is for muscle aches.
This stuff REALLY helps sore muscles! And, I actually really like the way it smells! LOL! So minty!
If you haven't tried BENGAY for sore muscles, you really should. It also helps with joint pain!
Until next time!
